We offer a large selection of Integrative Movement Modalities which may include, but are not limited to: Stretching, Free Weights, Exercise Machines, Rubber Bands, Exercise Balls, Yoga, Dance, Bodyweight, Water Workouts (in pools or ocean) Cardio (stationary bike, road and mountain bikes, elliptical trainers, stairs, walking, swimming, body-surfing, boogie boarding, stand up paddling, surfing, hiking and more) and also, Rock the Clock Fitness, created by us and helpful during the use of cardio equipment, and walking. You may book your appointment by the hour (minimum 2 hours for in person sessions and one hour for phone or live streaming consultation or workout) to your hotel, home, gym, office, beach or or…??
Nutrition is a vastly important part of achieving your health, fitness and longevity goals. Your appointment can include a course in dietary, nutritional supplements and general health guidance and knowledge, along with setting up your diet (diet is not a negative term. It actually means, “A way of eating.”) Your dietary planning can also be taught throughout the fitness lessons and run concurrently.
We also offer personalized guided tours for individuals and small groups of the beautiful island of Kauai. This can be combined with fitness, nutritional guidance and direction to the healthiest foods in restaurants or stores on the island.
