Nutrition is Paramount for Health
You don’t put oil in the gas tank and you shouldn’t put the wrong fuel in your bodies. Your body’s nutritional needs have to be met properly, otherwise we begin to experience breakdowns, in the form of lowered immune systems, disease, obesity, weakness, slow to heal, lack of energy and more.
We will help you to better understand what’s good for you. Everyone’s nutritional needs are similar yet different. Some can process sugars more efficiently and others become diabetic. The only good sugars for those who are not suffering from diabetes are the natural sugars which are found in fruits, vegetables and grains. If you’re using concentrated natural sugars for cooking or baking, then we recommend pure maple syrup,(not to be confused with processed pancake syrup which may have maple flavoring but instead, be sweetened with corn syrup), date sugar, honey and molasses.
An important adjunct to a healthy diet is nutritional supplementation. Amino Acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and pre and probiotics are beneficial in good diets and especially in incomplete and unbalanced diets.
